Online, Bookings and Payment Questions

Your credit card details will be needed to make a deposit, this secures your selected space and a confirmation email and text message with your details is sent by the Genie on the spot!
The Genie has the latest SSL 128 Bit encryption systems, providing safe and hassle free transactions allowing peace of mind for yours truly. Yes, all our facilities under the Storage Genie umbrella require a 1 month deposit to secure your space and provide security for late or non-payment by the customer. This deposit is immediately refundable upon vacating the premises and can be used for a rugby game or nail salon at your convenience!.
That’s correct, a lease needs to be concluded to facilitate the terms and conditions of facility at hand. Storage Genie operates on monthly leases, so don’t stress about being cornered into a long-term relationship you don’t want.
All leases are signed on-site at the facility once your goods are delivered and after your lease term is up you can carrying on paying month-by-month either by a debit procedure or EFT transactions. Each facility will service your billing needs and provide you with a monthly statement, keeping you up to date on all your Storage payment history. Storage Genie is busy compiling a ’online account’ function whereby you can view, pay and add storage solutions to your monthly statement.
Payment works exactly the same as a office or flat rental for the any individual.. By the end of the each calendar month and hopefully not to many days over - Genies are really bad at resolving conflict and prefer a nice hammock instead.
Unfortunately there is, over 14 calendar days late from payment date on the storage unit(s) at hand and a nominal penalty fee is included into the next months fee.
Give the Genie 30 days notice of cancellation and your off! No hassles, no problems!.
The reception desk or facility manager at your selected Storage facility will handle the process of refunding your security deposit. If there no problems with your billing history, your deposit will be refunded into your bank account within a maximum of 14 day calendars after departure from the facility..
Facility Questions We believe in only networking with facilities that have a standard minimum security threshold. Standard security itinerary consists of; on-site guards, cctv surveillance systems and armed-response alarm systems.
Your on the money, each storage unit needs a minimum of one padlock supplied by the customer, so remember to bring one you come. Your lock, your key… No-one else has access to your itinerary and have piece of mind that your goods are for your sole discretion..
You have the power! Except for a standard security check on initial occupation of the storage space and the stock that accompanies it, you’re the master of your own storage destiny. Access times vary for each facility though standard operating hours usually apply.
We only are really worried about flammable and perishable goods.. It’s kind of a no-no in our books unfortunately. You can find all relative ‘terms and conditions’ on our website on the front page, phone us or read over the lease agreement at the facility of your choice.
